Currently, we only ship online purchases to U.S. addresses. Your order will ship via USPS ground. Typical delivery time is 5-8 business days. 

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. 

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

Orders ship daily Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend, or observed holidays, will ship the next available business day.

 

All items will ship USPS ground advantage with a shipping flat rate of $6.99 for products containing hazmat. Hazmat may sound scary but this term helps define products that are made with compressed air or alcohol to regulate shipping.

After completing checkout, Shade Rayz will email you a confirmation of your order. If you have questions about your order please submit a case via email info@shaderayz.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your case or email.

Out-of-Stock Items & Backorders

Our site should not allow the sale of out-of-stock items. If an item on your order is out of stock at time of fulfillment, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. We will ship your in-stock items and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
